When they decide to make their own reservation via the international platforms of booking to find their tenants directly, it allows guests welcome in Paris and presents an innovative ecological alternative for an assistance for seasonal rentals. The pack Bio Clean includes the following services :
Check-in and check-out of tenants (between 9am to 6pm) everyday
Cleaning of the accomodation with exclusively ecological products
Laudry management with linen in organic cotton, flax or hemp provided by Bio Rentals (deposit security)
The Bio Clean prices list according to the surface of the flat are :
- < 29m² = 75 Euros
- between 30 and 49m² = 100 Euros
- between 50 and 79m² = 130 Euros
- between 80 and 100 m² = 150 Euros

It requires a minimal payment of guarantee at the first arrival of 150 Euros.
Optional services Bio Clean :
- Morning, evening or late arrivals : 30 Euros by hour
- Sunday or national day : 50 Euros
- Ecological laundry service (cleaning of carpets, curtains…) : invoice + 30 Euros
- Ecological maintenance for walls, doors, carpeted and wooden floor : invoice + 50 Euros
- Ecological cleaning of the kitchen or bathroom, from 50 Euros
- Big annual cleaning of the accomodation, from 195 Euros
